I am an experienced coach, consultant, and communication expert with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the tech industry. Having been a part of the Czech tech scene since 2011, I understand that technology alone does not make a company. It is the people that truly drive success.

My expertise lies in bringing new and innovative approaches to internal, external, and crisis communication, combining them with tools and techniques to engage employees and important stakeholders. I specialize in coaching and mentoring leaders, managers or even team-leads to ensure their long-term success, identifying vital soft skills to focus on. I can also provide training to whole teams.

I also assist clients in effectively communicating their brand story to engage current employees, attract new talent, and gain or retain B2B clients, customers, and partners. I aim to help clients achieve their overall objectives, not just their business goals.

Let's assess your teams' performance, their teamwork, relationships, and results. We'll also evaluate the transition of your managers or team leaders from being specialists to their current roles. We will focus on improving their communication, collaboration, and creativity to enhance job satisfaction and productivity. This will ultimately lead to better results for your company. I have three years of training in systemic coaching with individuals, teams and systems. I have extensive practical experience working with individuals and teams.

We will tailor a strategy to support your objectives based on the audit findings. If needed, I can provide hands-on assistance with the process. Crisis communication

Learn how to prevent crisis situations. Whether it's providing training for your entire team or establishing crisis procedures for your entire company, I won't just give basic advice. I'll get hands-on and help you prepare for a crisis. Together, we will develop crisis plans, prepare  you for tough questions from your colleagues, and create responses for your customer service team or any other aspect you need to manage during a crisis.

Events

Want to show yourself and your brand in a different light? I can help you organize an event that will make sense and be not only professionally done but also memorable and functional. I've done a string of events from concept to setup to production—private events for a few people and large conferences and events for 300 people. I can also advise when it's better for you to team up with someone and when to do your own event. I keep a list of all the exciting business and tech events in the Czech Republic and Europe and the most interesting online world events. When you achieve your goal with better help from them, I will help you choose the right ones.
